Missing subfolders

Microsoft Outlook 2007
December 6, 2009 at 07:59:47
Specs: Windows 7
Had old version of Outlook running on former
PC and just bought new PC with Outlook
2007. When I created my account on new
PC, things appeared to work perfectly. Inbox
there, all messages, etc. However, 2
problems. No subfolders appear and no sent
mail history downloaded. Any ideas?

With a new load comes a new profile. If you want all of your old messages/contacts/subfolders, etc., you'll have to copy the pst from your profile on your old machine to the new computer (preferably to a folder that isn't under your profile.) Then, open the old pst in Outlook..
