Whenever I try to open a word document or PDF file from an email my computer pops up with an error message saying works cannot open. The file may be in use by another application, the file may not be supported by any of the installed converters, or the file may be corrupt. My comptuer used to open these documents all the time,but just recently it has given me this message on EVERY download. What can I do to fix this problem?
