I have problem when revoke local administrative privileges from domain users... Microsoft Photo Editor couldn't open image files (e.g. jpg...etc)... I don't want to grant administrative privileges to users on their machines, in the same time I want them to be able to open images with MS photo editor
By default, users have read privileges to the Photo Editor, so they should be able to open Graphic files without any problem. If they can't, check the permissions on the Microsoft Shared Photo Editor folder and change them accordingly.
