Hi there
I have installed a new version of Office 2003 on a Windows 2000 PC and 2 colleagues have installed the same disk on XP platform. FOr some reason no AutoText feature has been installed in my Outlook to use when replying to email etc but has be installed fine on the XP PCs. Is there something i need to download or configure to get this to work as it is a feature i really need working?

Auto-Text - meaning when i open a new message to compose new email - i want to be able to type the first word and it recognise a template to use (Auto-Text) as i send the same email out quite alot but just need to edit ref numbers.
