Hi, I am facing a problem with my microsoftoutlook 2003, whenever I attach an Item and send to someone it is detected as spam. On the receiver machine I have already set not to detect as spam from my email,
Any attachment is detected as spam.
I cannot figure out where the problem is from. Any help!!!why know it all!!!!

Are you emailing someone whose computer you can access? Does this happen for EVERY email you send to every recipient?
Are you saying your emails are going to the Junk folder? Check the rules on the recipient's Outlook. And also check the Junk Block Senders list as well.

No I cannot access the other persons email but they inform me that whenever I send to them an attachement it appears as spam and if I send them a normal mail without an attachement its does not show as spam.
No the emails do not go to the junk folder, its only in the header message that shows spam.
I have checked the junk block sender list it has no contact added on it..
why know it all!!!!

The problem is on the recipient's end. His/her incoming mail server is marking the message as spam. Nothing you can do about it.
