Comment:

I have a form that I use to track daily billing for the technicians at work.

I want to create a marco that will run a query that prompts for information and will enter that info into the field on the form only if the previous field is equal to a certian name.

ie. If the Approver field equals "Quatman" or "Cox" I want the WO# field on the form to run a query that asks for a tank number and enters the corrersponding WO# from the query into the WO# field on the form.

Is this possible?

All help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

N. Roberts

Would probably get more response if posted in the Database Forum. I'd recommend you PM Justin Weber and ask him to remove this post. Then repost in the proper Forum.
