Hi

How can I merge all paragraphs of a document into one paragraph in Word 2003?

I think you can use the ctrl+f find and replace facility - you replace all the paragraph marks with blank spaces

But find and replace can not see or detect paragraph marks! When I select paragraph mark and choose find or find and replace, nothing is showing.
So the question is: How to find and replace paragraph marks with blank spaces?

in the document do ctrl+f to get the search box up - click on more at the bottom of the box then click special at the bottom of that box

you can see the paragraph marks and other non printing characters by clicking on the backward facing P icon in the standard toolbar
