Hi all. In a few days time I am going to a client to do network updates. I have been asked to provide the following: How much space does each individual user have on their mailboxes. How can I do this for each individual from the server? There are about 20 users.

You need to provide more information. What mail server? Are you using Exchange? Are users running Outlook or using OWA?

Sorry. Your question still isn't clear. Do you want to know how much space each user's mailbox is taking up? Or, do you need to know the size limitation (if any) of each mailbox?
If you're just doing "network updates" (whatever that entails) why would the client expect you to provide information on server/application data?
