Macro to insert rows for recent years in Excel

I'm not very familiar with macros/coding in Excel, but I'll need to do a task multiple times so would like to invest the time to routinize the process early on. It seems a very simple task but I have not been able to figure out how to get the code to work! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a spreadsheet that has data on separate rows for years 2008, 2009, and 2010 for different schools (which are identified by a unique number), and I need to insert two new rows per school for 2011 and 2012. So I currently have 2-3 rows per school (some years may be missing) but I need to add two new rows for every school. It would also be helpful to be able to copy the school identifying information (Cols A-C which are the same for every school) and insert 2011 or 2012 into Col D.

Thank you and have a great day.

Please click on the blue line at the end of this post, read the instructions given via that link, and then post an example of your current data along with an example what you want the data to look like after the macro is done.

Of course, do not post any data that we shouldn't see.
