Macro to insert row with headers after a specific word

Specs: Windows 7
I am looking to get some help on how I can create a macro that will input a new row before every category. I'm Trying to separate sales of "new parts", "used parts", "vehicles", and "used parts yard". I want a heading before every new category (heading includes; cost, sold, profit,GM%). Id really love it if someone could just point me in the right direction. Thank you for any helpful hints. :)

How will the macro determine a change in category? Is there a specific column that changes from e.g. "new parts" to "used parts"?

Are all of the "new parts", "used parts", etc. already sorted by that column or are they randomly dispersed?
