Solved macro to have only one

Specs: Windows XP
I run a report that exports with 400 rows of accounts in column c. the report has the same account multiple times within the spreadsheet. So row 1-14 may be account "A", row 15-24 will be Account "B". I only want account A to show up once instead of 1-14. I am looking for a simple macro that eliminates the duplicate account names in column c.

✔ Best Answer
Creating a list of unique account numbers can be done with the Data...Advanced filter feature.

1 - Make sure A1 contains a column heading, not an account number.
2 - Data...Advanced Filter
3 - Choose: Copy to another location
4 - List range: $A:$A
5 - Copy to: $B$1
6 - Choose: Unique records only
