When the Mail was set up did anyone save the "user.ID" file that is generated with the original password?

If so, copy and past the original "user.ID" file where the client's Forgotten password "user.ID" file is located. This is a quick and dirty way to reset the password if you can't make it to the domino server.

When we use to set up Lotus Notes we saved all original "user.ID" files incase this happend.

The old ways may seem strange, but they can be the best
