Not enough information to help you.
Assuming you are using it on a personal PC then you need to install and configure it for your personal email usage inserting your email settings information.
If in a corporate environment then you need to point it to your Notes.id file and your Domino server.
Otherwise, if you are referring to the shortcut to the application then you need to properly install and configure it for the way you intend to use it.
