lost word file

when I save word file, computer gave me message:"word cannot completed save to due to a file permission error." then I lost my word file except ~w1991.tmp file which is I cann't use it.
This is happened after I copied text from internet and used "Ctrl V" paste in word file.
I need help and thanks
