looping e-Mail in outlook exprss6.0

I have a bunch of e-mail address that they are shared among several users for business reason. Two of them suddenly receive the same msg everytime when they open the outlook express6.0 (running on win98). The other user don't have such problem. these two users have got this problem since last week and before it did work just fine. Any idea is appreciated. the e-mail server is running on the bell south web hosting server and they couldn't find any reason for this issue. thanks.
Summary: I don't really think this will help but in Outlook Tools, Options, Mail Delivery and under Dial Up Options, make sure there is no check next to 'Don't download messages larger then xxxKb' or adjust it...
