Are you using Exchange? Can you clarify a bit? Your question doesn't make much sense. Mailboxes don't access profiles. Outlook is configured to use profiles (giving users a choice of profiles if desired.) Those profiles contain the settings for each individual profile, which may or may not included accessing the same email accounts as other profiles.
