I am wondering how I can lock a cell and once locked make the cell unclickable when protected. So that every time tab is hit is goes to the next unlocked cell for information to be inputed into.

When you have the cells selected that you want protected, select Protect Worksheet, a menu appears and the first item that is checked is to allow the user to select locked cells. Uncheck that and you are ready to go.
