Let me explain the setup of the information in the information tab.
B5 thru AF5 contains dates in a given Month.
Columns 4 thru 120 contain titles of types of information. Such as sales and staff. Then I have a summary sheet with the titles described in the columns above.
Here is what I'm attempting to do. I want to enter a date in that month and the information associated for that day, which are entered in the colum of that day, in the summary page. The information will automatically update in the proper title.
I know this sounds confusing but if someone is interested it may be easier to send the spreadsheet so you can see what I'm trying to do.
I appreciate any assistance.
Thanks,
Ben

Very confusing. Would that be rows 4-120 but B5 blah, blah, blah???
Maybe do a re-write to explain it.Or, using Excel Help, look for VLOOKUP function.
That is Excel you are referring to; right?
Bryan

I can email the file and let me know what you think? If you like just let me know your email.
Ben
Thanks,
Ben

Bryan,
Thanks for the direction and I was able to rework the sheet and get to auto update based on just entering the date.
Thanks,
Ben
