Microsoft Word 2007

I have an Excel 2007 document with values on one sheet that I need to insert into an existing Word 2007 document into different places. I would like to have them linked with VBA, so all I have to do is change the variable "Excel file name" and the Word document would be updated to the new values from the new spreadsheet.

I have a macro that will change links in a Word document, so that you can get the 'same' data but from a different Excel workbook.

But - due to the way that Charts are linked, it does not work for charts.

I have two questions:
1. Do you have any Excel charts in your Word document or are the items just cell values (numbers or text), or groups of cells displayed as tables.
2. Will the new workbook always be in the same location (same folder) as the initial one.
