Keyboard not working in Office XP

My keyboard has stopped working in all the Office Suite programs. It works fine in all other programs. I have also tried the on-screen keyboard, that does not work either.

I have the same problem on office 2003 i have un-installed office and re-installed without success i have also re-installed windows over the top of itself again without success
