Keeping hyperlinks from Doc to PDF?

Does anyone know of any FREE software which will convert my word docs to adobe pdf while keeping all the hyperlinks intact? I currently use Adobe Professional 6 (the later versions arent compatible with my PC) and it doesnt enable me to keep the hyperlinks. Any suggestions?
