Karen, Pretty much, no.
MS Office Standard does not come with MS Access. It is part of the Office Professional version. Standard includes Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
However, This link is offering MS Office Pro 97 for $69US unless it is just a come on ad. That is about the best price you will find.

Also, for $69 you do not get a manual with it.
You can find the standard version for about that same price with a manual. Yahoo's 47 search results

You can also try Open Office. Most of the apps are funtionally equivalent of parts of Microsoft Office. Free.

Open Office is *great*. It'll do nearly everything that most people need MS Office for. But if absolute compatibility is a must, you'll really need to invest in the Microsoft product.
ProSuite 602 a decent Freeware office suite too, with a really sharp photo editing app.
Happy shopping/downloading, -Bob

i did install 602 however as i gave up with open office coz the d/l took me very long.... but i couldn't uninstall it......is there a way to do it? because the uninstall button doesn't seem to work......
