July 30, 2013 at 00:49:30
Specs: Windows 8
I solved my last problem by using Notepad instead of Apache Openoffice.

But now I am getting a Error: Could not find or load main class.

What can | do? Thanks.

Hi SecTech,

Restart the system and try installing Java using the link mentioned below:

http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

If the issue persists, you may try repairing office software using the installation disk.

Hi Derek.

All I did was take out all of the programs I did out of Apache Openoffice and start all over again in Notepad this time - because I read somewhere that the smart quotes were causing the problems. I did not know how to turn them off so that is why I use Notepad.
It kept giving me illegal character problems. That seems to be gone now.

Now I have a new problem. It says it cannot find or load the class of the particular file.

Also, I think now it has something to do with the fact that when ever I have Used Apache Openoffice, it asks me about cr and stuff and defaults to latin unicode or something like that. So it may have messed up my keyboard.

Notice I am not using contracted words. I cannot even use the question mark. Something is messing it up. I never wanted it to ask me questions about unicode or what ever it is called. So now I have to fix that.

Thanks for asking.
