Specs: Windows Vista, dual core Intel
Any thing I print off the Internet looks like jumbled pages of alphabet in no random order. A one page document will end up being 12 to 15 pages of junk. I can print from pdf off internet and printed document looks great. Also printing from documents, mainly Microft Publisher, looks great. Help! I dont want to have to wipe the hard drive and then reload everything. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated

First insure you've got the correct printer-driver installed (likely so, since you can print other documents). You may also want to try using a different browser and see how the printout from those are first (if it's OK, then likely something in your current browser has gone awry). If that doesn't fix things, you may want to try to reinstall your printer drivers...

Actually I tried another browser and also reloaded the printer drivers......No changes, I still get jumbled mess when printing off the internet.....
I have another computer that I use on this printer and all phased of printing, internet or documents work well.......definately not the printer. The top of the mess reads as this............<! DOCTYPR HTML PUBLIC " AND SO FORTH.....Just a mess like that ......a normally one page document turns into about 5 to 7 pages of alien mess. Still looking for a solution without having to reformat the hard drive and reload the entire software package. HELP!

If you are printing directly from the browser, try uninstalling the browser
and reinstalling the latest version off a fresh download.

If your using Firefox/Waterfox browser you could look here:

Have you tried to download or do a Save As and then printing?
