Installing Office XP 2002 on new CP

Trying to install Office XP 2002 service pk1 on new Dell computer. It was the CD I had on my old computer. When I load the Cd it creates what looks like an executable something like Oxy1... It asks for me to accept the agreement and nothing happens after that. I did not uninstall it from my old computer. Any ideas what the problem might be?
