Unless its a multi-user license, each serial key with Office can only be used one time. Check the box and see what kind of license it is.

Check with Microsoft to find out if your computer will run Office. We cannot determine if your computer can run Microsoft Office unless you post your system specs.
BTW, you could try Oracle OpenOffice which is compatible with MS Office, but it is Open Source and you can use it on as many computers you want.
