The problem I am having is when i insert another excel file into the one i am currently working on, only part of the document gets inserted. Is there a trick to this I'm missing?

Merlin,

I'm assuming your trying to copy a whole worksheet into a workbook. If this is the case, all you have to do is click on the square above cell 1 and to the left of cell A. This will highlight the whole sheet, then all you do is copy and paste into the other workbook.
