I have Publisher 2003. How do I add a border to the whole page? I remember doing it a few days ago, and I got to pick from like 50 different designs. I asked a friend and he said go to the Design Gallery, but it's not the same place. Maybe I'm thinking of a different program? Are there any other ways to get a page border in Publisher?

I found borderart, but to do that, I have to put a frame or text box around everything. I just want the page to have a border thru borderart. Any ideas? Thanks.
