Info.Store not showing in Outlook

MS Outlook 2003 suddenly does not show user's information store in the app - nothing is there, no email, no contacts, no calendar, etc. When he logs into Outlook Web Access, he sees everything. What is wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.

I replied but did not see my post in the forum so please excuse me if I created a double post.
We have Exchange 2000. User logged onto another person's pc and was able to see some of his data. He then went back to his own pc and proceeded to reformat his hard drive. We are in the process of applying patches at this time. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

This did not fix the problem. User still does not see any data in his Outlook 2003 application. He can still see all his data in Outlook Web Access (Webmail) however.
