I hired a freelancer to work on a survey for me. When I put her file on my computer and tried to open it, I got this message:
"Cannot open 'my file name.indd.' Please upgrade your plug-ins to their latest versions, or upgrade to the latest vesrion of Adobe InDesign."
I had her copy her plug-ins and transferred them to my computer. That didn't get the file to open either.
Could it be that her InDesign version is a student version and mine is the professional version? I'm stuck and so it my IT Dept guru.
