I have a copy of Outlook XP installed on my computer, and I know how to import .pst files. My question is, I have 3 different .pst files I want to import into Outlook (from 3 of my old accounts) - how can I import them and keep it organized? I tried to make a folder, like "account 1" and then select the option that says "import items into the current folder" during the import process, but it still put the messages into different folders (i.e inbox, deleted items, etc) messing things up. how can I do this?

Do you want to import existing pst files into your current one? In essence combining them, or do you want to view several at once? To view more than one: File Open Outlook Data File Browse to the location of the file To combine files: File Import and Export Import from another program or file Select Personal Folders Browse to the location Then import each folder as desired.
