I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THIS IN THE GENERAL FORUM. WAS SUGGESTED I SHOULD POST HERE.

I am having difficulty uploading single e-mails into Outlook Express 6.

In July last year I had all of my e-mails, nearly 1GB worth, backed up into a folder on my C drive, by someone at a computer shop. I then had to have my computer re-formatted. Unfortunately the "computer experts" couldn't figure out how to put my e-mails back onto Outlook Express so I had to start from scratch. As these are work e-mails I could do with using some for reference, one in particular.

The only problem I'm having is getting a few single e-mails back onto Outlook Express. The e-mails are in dbx. form.

I don't really know what to try as I know very little about this type of thing.

Would appreciate some help, can give additional info if needed.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

I've already tried to copy it into the Outlook Express folder. I think the problem is because it was a folder on Outlook Express originally and not just an e-mail.

On Outlook Express I create folders for all my customers by surname, or for items sold on Ebay etc. I will then put the single e-mails into the designated folder. What I can see in my backup folder are the 'folder' titles. Ie. Orders.dbx or Adley Mark (Sheffield).dbx

Is this perhaps causing the problem?

As I said in your other post, Don't repost. I asked you some questions that weren't answered.
