Hi all,
I have IMAP email configured on Outlook 2003. When deleting an email it doesn't post in the trash folder. As a matter of fact, since configuring IMAP about a month ago, no deleted emails from the past are showing in the trash folder. I want any deleted emails to show in my trash folder and when I'm ready to purge I will do so.

There is no "Trash" folder in Outlook. IMAP messages will not show in the Deleted Items folder. They will show in the Inbox with a line through them until they are purged.
