I believe the syntax you are trying to use should be more like this: =IF(AND(A1>0,A1<11),"In Range","Out of Range")

I don't really think Syed is looking for the AND If. Perhaps though. I believe Syed is looking for Else IF. eg. IF((Q5-O5)<=0,Q5*30/O5,IF((Q5-O5-N5)<=0,( Meaning: if Q5 minus O5 is less than or equal to zero then Q5 times 30 divided by O5 or to simplify it: if Q5 minus O5 is less than one then Q5 times 30 and then divide by 5 else If Q5-O5-N5... The formula's structure is If one condition then one result otherwise or else another condition produces a different result. Else IF being the second or subsequent conditions if the previous result does not hold true. HTH Bryan
