I want to be able to create a unique default return email address (on Word) for every time I send an email or reply to one. I have MS Office 2007, Windows Vista (arrgghhh!) and use Windows Mail. Thank you Helen

I'm sorry. I guess I wasn't clear. I don't need address LABELS. I need to have an automatic "signature": name, address, phone number at the end of every outgoing email message. These could be new messages or replies.
Does that make more sense..I hope?

Have you searched the Windows Mail Help files for "signature"?
I use Outlook and Thunderbird and each of them have Help files that describe the process for creating, formatting and changing automatic signatures.
I'd be very surprsed if Windows Mail didn't have similar Help files.
