Solved I want to delete one file in Excel

Specs: Windows 7
Where is the "file deletion" step. I don't want to delete the entire folder, just the one entry. Thanks for your help.

You delete Excel files just like any other file in Windows Explorer.
Right-click the file and choose "Delete" from the pop-up context-menu.

If you are wanting to delete the whole Excel file then, like any other file or program, you cannot do it with the document open. First close the document then find the saved file itself inside the folder. Finally delete as already given in #1.

If you are talking about just deleting an entry within the document then highlight it and press the delete button. You can also highlight it and use Edit > Delete from the top bar.
