Solved I want the page layout for all worksheets of to be the same.

Specs: Windows Vista

My workbook has 10 worksheets. When I print out the whole workbook, I find that I have to go to page layout for each worksheet (i.e. Header=worksheet name, footer=worksheet(right), date(left), grid lines, center horizontally & vertically). Is there any way to apply this to the whole workbook at once, rather than do it individually.

✔ Best Answer

You could try this one.

Activate the sheet that contains the desired setup info.
This is the "source" sheet.
Select the "target" sheets. Hold Ctrl and click the sheet tabs of the sheets you want to update with the settings from the source sheet.
Select File, Page Setup and click OK.

There may be an easier way, but that's the one I use. Glad it worked thanks for replying.
