| You are looking for 'OCR' software, of which there are a number of free & paid-for options. If your 2 pages are purely text, with no tables, wierd layouts etc. then you just need a simple program like FreeOCR, available from http://www.paperfile.net/. If you have a more complicated document then you may need a commercial product (I use Omnipage, but it isn't particularly cheap), but if it's only the one-time then just scan in the text and add the formatting afterwards.
