i have to compress my pdf which is more than 10 mb into 2mb

Specs: Windows 7

i scanned a document and saved in pdf. now i have to upload it in online form which does not take more than 2 mb pdf.hence i need to compress it to 2mb.

Use a Winzip or WinRAR to compress the file and send it by email.
