Solved I cannot open subfolders in Outlook 10

I cannot open sub folders in Contacts in Outlook 10. With Outlook 7 I could bring up sub-folders when I typed "To" in address line of an email. With 10, only the Contacts folder will open. This makes selecting addressees a very slow, painstaking activity when I wish to send the email to multiple addressees.

What sub-folders are you referring to? Distribution lists within your Contacts folder? If you wish to send emails to multiple users, just put a semi-colon in between each name. If the address is in your Contacts folder, it will be filled in automatically when you click Send. If not, you will be prompted to select a contact or to edit the address if the name is not recognized.

I guess I'm just not sure exactly what you mean...
