| I just read your other post and this makes a little more sense, but not completely. Please use one post only and use either use the edit feature or 'post a reply' to your own post to add more information. Please supply more information, stick to one post, and answer some questions. "Untitled document jammed in the program" means what? Save any open work and exit the program. Use task manager to make sure works is closed completely. If the print spooler is showing in your task bar then open it and cancel any unprinted documents and close it (X it out). Relaunch Works and try again. Post back any results. You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane. |
