Hyperlink w/Sort by clicking a cell

When I click on a Cell (eg. 10, "A" in Sheet 1) in MS Excel. I am trying to Hyperlink to another worksheet (eg. Sheet 2) but also sort this information found on Sheet 2 by eg. "specific date" entered in spreadsheet and display it on the screen. Note: The Date information is available in Sheet 2 and can be manually sorted. What im looking to do is create a macro that can Jump to this sorted information by clicking on a "CELL" instead of manually clicking the worksheet and sorting this information.
