Specs: Windows Vista
My boss has a newer MAC he has had a problem opening hyperlinks embedded in a Word document that are linked to his blog. Other people have been able to open the links. They are linked to pdf's of articles he was an author on. I can not figure out why they open as gibberish on his computer only. Other MAC users opened the hyperlinks to pdf's without a problem I opened it up easily on my PC. He can not. What could cause this?

Try saving it in another format like .rtf or an earlier version of .mcw

To see if it's a corrupt global template or some add-in,
I don't how you would do it on a Mac but in Windows:

In the Run box, type winword.exe /a

Then select the file and see if that works.
