Hiya, I want to include a hyperlink in excel to send the file to a specified e-mail address, it's purely an internal document. I thought I may be able to use mailto: but this sends a blank e-mail, I need one sending the document as well please.

Do you mean you want a clickable item that emails the Workbook to a specified email address? You'll need to create a macro if you don't want to use the "Send To" option in the File menu.
