Have anyone able to browse through file when using insert hyperlink after upgrading just outlook part of office?

My situation is this, I want to upgrade the outlook portion of office to outlook 2003, not the whole office just outlook alone. Usually when using outlook on older version of office and office 2003 when click on insert hyperlink you have a box that allow you to browse through a file to create a hyperlink. However, on older version of office not 2003 after I upgrade the outlook to 2003, go into mail, new, click on insert, then hyperlink, I no longer able to browse to a file for use as a link. Same problem when I do either a upgrade or complete install from the outlook 2003 cd.

Anyone know why or have clue where I can find answer?

Office programs highly rely on one another. I used to try and upgrade only part of office, and it never worked properly. If you're upgrading Outlook, upgrade the entire Office suite.

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
