Specs: Windows XP
I have a database (people's names with all the changes and dates of changes). I need to write a query expression that will take the date of change field and find the most recent change date for that person and filter out ALL the other line item records exept that most recent entry for that person's name. Is that possible?

The best I can offer, is perhaps Advance Filter?

Don't have a lot of info to work with.

You need to use the Max function on your date field.

EX: Max(MyDate)
