I have downloaded one file say QuntBy.torrent.
When I double click that file, I get open with
window. I also tried to see the properties of this
file. It says that it is a torrent file (Type of file -
Torrent file).

You need a program that can read the file. Something like utorrent. Then it will download whatever that file is.
