How to stop receiving same emails

Any suggestions?

I'm receiving the same email over and over. I tried reading and deleting but nothing seems to work. The same email/time stamp keeps coming. What can I do?

We don't have an exchange server and or anyone who knows how to stop this. It's only happening on my computer.

Are you using Outlook?

Is the same email going to any other people in your organization? Was it sent from someone in your organization who is also using Outlook? If so, it is still in his/her outbox? What are your server timeouts set to?

Hi Jennifer,

The email is from an AOL account and it's a reply to one of my emails. I'm the only one receiving it. We are using SMTP within the AS400.

In Outlook, set up a rule that will run on the criteria of that email and set the action to "Delete from server"
