Comment:

I am using Excel 2007. When I open MS Excel
2007, paper size is letter & left and right
margins are 0.7 inch by default. It is
annoying because every time I have to set
paper size as A4 and left and right margins
are 0.5.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

You could create a template from a properly formatted workbook. Then, just open that template whenever you want to use those settings.
