How to remove the duplicated emails

Hi, I am using Outlook 2003. I got a few archived email folders which contains a lot duplicated emails. How can I remove them automatically? Thanks in advance

Not sure how archived e-mail works.
Maybe if you open your archived email folder and click 'find' there's some options that might help you.
But I'd say if it's too much trouble to manually delete duplicated e-mails, either start deleting dup's before archiving (set options not for auto-archiving) or resign yourself to keeping them.
I ind it much easier to manage my e-mails by backing up my email every month into a folder. for that I find it easier to use a simple GUI prog, ref. www.fog-ware.com
